Seizures

Peter has had several seizures this afternoon, some lasting a few minutes and some very close together. He was given more medication but the seizures are continuing. His vital signs are remaining somewhat stable, so we won't know until later what the doctor thinks is the next step. The more he has to receive this medication, the harder it is for Peter to become alert again which is a major step in his recovery.

He did have a little time this afternoon when he was very alert and making lots of normal baby movements (before the seizures started again). We hope this returns because it's one of the signs the doctor is looking for that will indicate he is getting better.
